| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| What is the delivery fee? |
| |
There is a flat $4.95 delivery fee for all orders, unless you are picking up between 3:30-4:30 on Monday or Thursdays at 101 N. Main St, Pearisburg, VA. The delivery fee is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered delivery or pick-up. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return my product? |
| |
Food items may not be returned, but if something is not up to your satisfaction please contact us so we may replace it with a new entree item on the next delivery day or refund your money.
If you are not re-ordering and would like to return your delivery bag, please call 800.477.0686 or send us an email at info@thefreshpalate.com so we can arrange a pick-up day. |
| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. |
| When will my order be delivered? |

You will receive your order either on Monday or Thursday after 4:30pm, depending on the delivery day you selected. Unless otherwise noted orders placed by Sunday at Noon will be delivered on Monday and orders placed by Wednesday at Noon will be delivered on Thursday.
